TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wednesday 11 November. Studio Warehouse Melbourne. 9am to 3:30pm.

Booking a ticket means you've read these and you're good with them.

01 YOUR TICKET

Your ticket is entry to the full day. It includes snacks and lunch, business coaching with me, headshots with Rach White Photography, a Content Coordinator for the afternoon, access to all event photography and the Instagram group chat with everyone attending.

There are only 25 tickets. One per person. Your ticket is yours unless you transfer it to someone else the way I've set out below.

02 PAYMENT

Tickets are $85 AUD and paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe. The price includes GST. Stripe adds a booking fee on top of the ticket price at checkout and that fee is theirs, not mine, so it isn't included in any refund I process.

Your spot is confirmed once the payment goes through.

03 REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

Full refunds are available up until 48 hours before the event. If something comes up last minute and you'd rather gift your ticket to another mumma just let me know. I'll have a waitlist of women ready to take it and I want every seat in that room filled.

Transfers go through me so I can update catering numbers and the group chat. Send me the new attendee's name and email and I'll confirm it with you. Tickets can't be sold on or listed anywhere.

If you don't make it on the day and I haven't heard from you the ticket isn't refunded and it doesn't move to a future event.

04 IF SOMETHING CHANGES ON MY END

If the date or the venue has to change you'll hear from me as soon as I know. You can move your ticket across to the new date or take a full refund. If the day can't go ahead at all you get a full refund of what you paid. I can't cover travel, accommodation or anything else you've booked around the day.

The agenda, the inclusions and the creatives working the day can shift between now and November. I'm working with real people and real businesses and sometimes things move. The day will still run as a full day of coaching and content and a change to any part of it isn't a reason for a refund.

05 BABIES AND CHILDREN

This round is preferred child free. Babes in arms are welcome because it's a seated studio event. Walking and running children can't come this time. It's two levels with camera gear, food and 25 women moving around all day.

06 ACCESS

The studio runs over two levels and the upper level is stair access only. If stairs are an issue for you message me before you book so I can talk you through the space and where you'd be sitting. I'd rather sort that out now than have you arrive and find it doesn't work.

07 ON THE DAY

Doors open at 9am. The day runs 9am to 3:30pm.

Wear whatever you want. Cute or comfy. Trackies absolutely count. Bring one outfit change if you want variety in your photos, any props you want in your shots and a laptop or notebook for the coaching.

Parking is on site and it's on you to find a spot and read the signs. Leave yourself a bit of extra time.

08 PHOTOGRAPHY AND FOOTAGE

There's a photographer capturing the whole day, someone capturing raw iPhone footage and headshot sessions running throughout. Coming along means you're okay with being photographed and filmed.

Those images and that footage can be used by you, by me, by the creatives who shot them, by Studio Warehouse Melbourne and by the businesses contributing to the day. That covers social content, websites and promotion of future events.

All the event photography gets shared with you afterwards. Your headshots come through a separate download link from Rach.

09 TAGGING AND CREDIT

A lot of this day exists because people have given their time and their work to it. So when you post anything from the day please tag and credit them properly.

Tag the creative who took the photo or the video. Tag the studio. Tag any business whose product or space is in the shot. A tag on the image alone isn't enough on a feed post, so put the credit in your caption as well.

10 FOOD

Snacks and lunch are included. I can't promise an allergen free kitchen so if yours is severe please bring what you need to feel safe.

11 THE ROOM

This is a room full of women talking honestly about their businesses and their lives. What gets said in there stays in there unless the person who said it is happy for it to go further. Look after each other, the venue and the creatives working the day. If someone's behaviour affects the room I'll ask them to leave and there's no refund in that case.

12 YOUR DETAILS

I use the details you give me at booking to run the day and to contact you about it. You'll be added to an Instagram group chat with everyone attending and you can leave it at any time. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

13 THE COACHING

Everything taught on the day is general business coaching. It isn't financial, legal or health advice. What you do with it is up to you and what you get out of it depends on your own business and the work you put in.

14 YOUR BELONGINGS AND YOUR SAFETY

Look after your own things. The studio is a working space over two levels so watch your step. You're coming along at your own risk. Please don't come if you're unwell.
